We are an online-based brand. Our warehouse is located in Mile 18, Buea, but all orders and transactions are done through our website.

For national orders: We accept exchanges for unworn items in their original condition.  - For international orders: We do not offer size exchanges, so please ensure you order the correct size. However, if you receive a defective item, we will provide a return address. Once received, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost.
